PEP Rally Supports the Superbowl-Winning New Orleans Saints

Friday, before the New Orleans Saints played in their first long-time-coming Super Bowl, Point Eight Power employees celebrated their Saints and their city by “second-lining” up and down the shop floor. With king cakes and colorful beads in tow, it was clear that Mardi Gras had come early this year. Point Eight Power employees portrayed their own “Who Dat” spirit with signs, fleur de lis capes, painted torsos, and at least one dude in a dress!

But the New Orleans Saints brought home more than a trophy Monday afternoon. They brought the spirit of joy and a strong sense of commitment to their community. The Who Dat nation has been through a lot. From Hurricane Katrina leaving eighty percent of the city under water to an unprecedented Super Bowl win, the entire city has earned a new status. New Orleans and the Saints are no longer the underdogs. They are champions; and Point Eight Power is proud to be a part of this exceptional community.

Bless you boys, and bless you New Orleans!
